ebuildのinherit git-2でtagを指定する方法

以下のように書くだけです

EGIT_COMMIT=タグのなまえ

簡単ですね
具体例を書きますと
以下のようなebuildがあるとします

このRictyというリポジトリは
https://github.com/yascentur/Ricty/tags
ここを見てもらえるとわかるのですが
3.2.0とか3.1.3とか書いてありますね
それを書くだけです
